To unsubscribe from airG VIP Chat, you have the following options:
Using the BigPond Mobile Portal, you can use chat products to share news, stories and advice on their topic of choice. Best of all, the products are linked to the ‘airG’ global network of like-minded users. (Please note not all of these are still available.)
Music Chat - Click on Bigpond Mobile Portal > Chat Services > Music Chat
Divas Chat - Click on BigPond Mobile Portal > Chat Services > Divas Chat
Gamers Chat - Click on BigPond Mobile Portal > Chat Services > Gamers Chat
BigPond Sports Chat - Click on BigPond Mobile Portal > Chat Services > Sports Chat
Movies Chat – Click on BigPond Mobile Portal > Chat Services > Movies Chat
VIP Chat – Click on BigPond Mobile Portal > Chat Services > VIP Chat
Cancel via BigPond Mobile homepage:
Selects BigPond on your mobile to open the BigPond Mobile homepage
Navigate to the Chat Services section
Navigate to, and click the Chat link
Navigate to, and click the on the “My Account” link
Navigate to, and click the ‘Cancel Chat Subscription’
Click 'Yes' to confirm they want to cancel subscription
Chat page will present a confirmation page: Your ‘Unsubscribe’ request has been received
Click OK to continue
Select BigPond Home to return to the home page to exit
